Dolce Suono Ensemble at the Library of Congress

Dolce Suono Ensemble will perform a program focused on American music with connections to the Library of Congress’s collection: a Mozart flute quartet, Irving Fine’s Hommage à Mozart for solo piano and Two Songs from Doña Rosita, Ned Rorem’s Trio for Flute, Violoncello, and Piano, Zhou Tian’s Irises for Flute and Piano (Washington, DC première), and the world première of David Serkin Ludwig’s Woman in Gold for Flute and String Quartet.
