Photos from spectacular season opening concert “Voilà Viola”

On Sunday, October 4, 2015, celebrated violist Roberto Díaz joined Dolce Suono Ensemble as guest artist and co-curator for a dazzling musical journey through central and eastern Europe. The program included Brahms, Bruch, Schulhoff, and Weinberg, and was the first event in a CD launch tour for “Freedom,” Mimi Stillman and Charles Abramovic’s latest release. DSE artists Yiying Julia Li, violin, Gabriel Cabezas, cello, and Mary Javian, double bass, performed in addition to Mimi and Charlie.
