DSE Presents Concerts May 3 in Philadelphia + May 4 in New York Cancelled

Dear friends,
We are writing with regret to tell you that we have to cancel our DSE Presents concerts on May 3 in Philadelphia and May 4 in New York due to COVID-19. As you know, we had already cancelled our March 31 “Fall for Chamber Music” performance and were closely monitoring the situation as it developed into a national emergency. Of course, protecting our artists and audiences is of the utmost importance in this troubling time. We are all very sad not to be able to perform the very special programs we had planned for you: “At the Spring: Elephants and Donkeys and Birds, Oh My!” family concert with works by Mozart, Saint-Saëns, and Copland at Temple Performing Arts Center, Philadelphia, on May 3, and the Mozart, Saint-Saëns, and New York premieres of DSE commissions by Zhou Tian and Anna Weesner at Yamaha Artist Services, Inc., with a line-up of amazing artists. Nothing would please us more than to perform this marvelous repertoire for you in the near future.
If you’d like to receive a refund for your tickets for DSE Presents on May 3, please email us.

Meanwhile, please continue saving our DSE Presents dates for 2020-2021 season: October 4, 2020; December 6, 2020; January 31, 2021; April 21, 2021.
Please subscribe to our channel on YouTube, as we will be sharing videos from our recent concerts along with a new series of features on members of our DSE family.
We love hearing from you, so stay in touch with us by email and on social media – Facebook and Instagram.
The entire Dolce Suono Ensemble family joins together in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to you for your friendship, support, and generosity as we work through this situation together. Wishing you good health and good cheer.
